Poole Eyecare has served the Clover community for over 70 years, originating in 1952 when Dr. Edgar Poole founded Poole Optometric. His son, Dr. Benjamin Poole, joined the practice in 1982 and took over after Dr. Edgar's retirement in 1987. The practice expanded with a second location in Kings Mountain, NC. In 2023, Dr. Zachary Poole, an ophthalmologist and surgeon, joined the practice, introducing surgical care. With this advancement, the practice was renamed Poole Eyecare, marking three generations of family-led vision care.

Dr. Zachary Poole offers the latest microsurgical cataract treatments, utilizing advanced intraocular lenses that correct both near and distance vision. We provide excellent pricing on our multifocal and toric lens implants for those interested.
